I have worked in multiple production and technical management roles throughout my career. Highlights from my CV include being Technical Manager at The Maltings Arts Theatre, St Albans, Production Manager for ZOO Venues, Edinburgh and Technical Stage Manager for Gecko's The Wedding creation tour. Through working both as a touring technician and as a venue Technical Manager, I have gained a good understanding of technical equipment, systems and skills. I am experienced in the design and installation of power distribution and control systems for both indoor and outdoor events in both corporate and theatrical settings.

The Wedding - 2017

I was Technical Stage Manager for Gecko’s ‘The Wedding’ in 2017. As part of this role I also built multiple prop, scenic and practical lighting elements.

Journey's End 2018

I production managed Mesh Theatre’s Journey’s End at the Kruitmagazijn, Ypres in autumn 2018, and Skindles, Poperinge in autumn 2019. Much Ado About Nothing - 2018

How do you turn a roman amphitheatre, built in 140AD into a fully functioning 280 seat venue complete with full lighting, sound and bar? My work with OVO on their last 3 summer seasons has led me to do just that, acting as Technical Manager and Lighting Designer for their summer Shakespeares and the Roman Theatre of Verulamium, St Albans, and the Minack Theatre, Porthcurno.

ZOO Venues 2013-17

Having worked as a technician for them in 2013, I then worked as Assistant Production Manager in 2015 and 2016, then as Production Manager in 2017. Leading a crew of 12-14 technicians across 6 venues was a challenge, as well as building, maintaining and running all the technical equipment and systems.
